Previously known as Kerner Construction, Morgan started his dream back in 2017.
Morgan spent 13+ years in the industry, learning from the best of the best throughout his career. He also knew he was capable of more and started making moves. He decided to take a leap and kicked off the start of his own company, Kerner Construction. He worked long days and late nights in order to make this happen for himself and his family.
In early 2019, Morgan changed the company name to K Con, LLC. Based off of will-power and ambition, Morgan has already accomplished a lot of the goals he set for himself, and it doesn’t stop there.
While K Con is not family owned, we are family operated. Morgan’s father, who spent years working for other developers, is K Con’s estimator. Together, Manson and Morgan tag-team providing the best quotes to our customers.
Morgan’s brother, who has worked side by side with Morgan in the industry, is K Con’s Superintendent. With Miles overseeing our field crews on our projects, it helps to keep everything moving in order to hit project deadlines.
With the vast variety of experience across the K Con’s management team and operating with 20-25 employees, K Con is rapidly growing each year. We have projects located all over in King and Snohomish Counties.
